A Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) was completed for a property owner building a house in a FEMA Flood Hazard Zone in Christian County. The site and structure elevations were designed to exceed FEMA requirements for flood protection of the property and meet no-adverse impacts on adjacent properties. Preliminary FEMA maps were utilized as the best available data and a riverine hydraulics analysis and model was completed to meet FEMA approval.
